Overall very poor service. 1. Owner is too rude, and openly threatens when asked for a receipt for excess payment. 2. Office staff is totally incompetent and untrained. 3. Delivery guys are not punctual and they are instructed to ask for secret url which is meant for customers to leave feedback, so that staff and fudge the ratings themselves.
Samata gas agency order my cylinder Behalf me without informing me and sell my cylinder to others with out context me And I contact to person Sammy behaviour so rude
Samay gas agency ka staff bakwas hai. Gas Silender ki black marketing bhi karte hai aur bolte hai ki hame to kuchh pata hi nahi. 400/- rs. jama karwakar bina jarurat ke Gas nali aur Vegetable peeler de diya 280/- rs. ki rasid di aur 120/- rs. document charge ke le liye. Owner in par koi action bhi nahi leta hai, kyoki vahi inko saport karta hai.
Good service
