HP Gas - Super Gas Agency

Very bad service. At Diwali time not delivering for 10 to 15 days long period.

Booked cylinder on 3rd aprl & 831 paid online, delivery came 8-4-25 with new bill of 885 due to price increase on 7-4-25. Why consumer pay 50 rs extra for Gas agency late delivery. There Delivery took back cylinder & marked that cylinder is delivered, What kind of service is this. No one receiving call.

Superb service very fast and super respective staff very good behaviour

Worst Gas Distributor Agency! These people do not deliver Gas Cylinders on time!! Pathetic... 2 KM door se aakar Cylinder lene ke liye bolte hain inke Gadi Wale! Super Gas Agency is the worst!

Single Gas connection Cost 6200 rupees double Gas Cylinder Connection cost 9500 rupees in which the 2200 rupees on each cylinder deposit for cylinder and 250 rupees for regulator 59 rupees for cylinder booking register diary 236 rupees for mechanic charge 118 rupees on installation and regular lpg cylinder price which is 831 rupees and they ask you to buy 2600 rupees gas. + the person who delivers cylinder to your house also ask for 20 rupees. overall it is costly.but if you want to live more than 3 years then it is good.they are good with services. you will be given service whenever you want.

Excellent customer service.staff behaviour is excellent

This agency provides a truly terrible experience. Their customer service is nonexistent; they consistently ignore phone calls, even when you're calling from right outside their office. I've had to resort to filing complaints with the official helpline for the past two months just to get a response. Interestingly, the cylinder miraculously arrives the very next day once the authorities are involved.
