My parcel dispatched from pyannur, kerala on 14th October, still not delivered.

worst service, they kept my parcel for 8 days for no reaoson

These guys are cheaters. In the name of volumetric weight without measurement, they quoted price for 8.0 kg while the actual volumetric weight was 5.0 kg. These guys are overcharging in most possible ways. Not recommended in any case. Extremely bad service. Avoid in any case.

There customer support is not supportive at all. They will not do anything if you raise a query. Just a mail that problems has been registered, nothing else. Worst delivery services in case of urgent parcels,

Very nice employees, my parcel of 20 kg reached destination in time. If you have something breakable to send, bring it to the centre and they will pack it in good quality cardboard box for a modest fee

Very slow i don't recommend anyone to send anything with dtdc almost took 15 days and after that they marked reciver shiffted from given address without even calling asking visiting make out for delivery at 5pm and marked undelivered at 5:15pm and next day rto approval 😂😂 never send with them worst service ever seen instead send through delhivery they are best in this case

Worst experience ever. When I called The mobile no. Given in the board , the person spoke rudely and hung up. Opening time is 9am but was not opening till 10am. Worst staff ever. Strict action for their conduct is required, owner of the location should know this.
