Good but very busy and crowed.

Post Office service is good there is token system for every service that is very good system it reduces unnecessary crowd at windows

Worst Service. This is how they took care of your parcel. I have to courier my parcel to USA and they didn't deliver that but returned my parcel to me after 3 month.

Worst service 😭 no one recive the call , since one week my parcel is not deliverd… guys hardly requested to you plz don’t use indian post for delivery waist of time money even parcel is also not delivered …

WORST WORST WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. 60% of my business parcels got returned, because they do not deliver it to customers door step. many of my parcel got damaged, items lost & some of the items have been stolen by their staff. there is no responsible person who can answer to our queries. bear a loss of more than 1 lac rs, in just 15 days working with them. NOT RECOMMEND It to anyone.

Worst services. We are paying for it, there is no charity you people are doing. I hope that Indian government will take action on such poor services. Once again to the post office guys, please be little nicer to the people. Sarkari kam ko lightly lete ho

It is old and the interiors, etc. Are not good. It works fine

The staff is very helpful❤️ nice service... I want to do international courier... The staff give all the support and did it very fast.... I already disappointed to GPO post office and station post office...but they did well... And give very fast services

They don't care whether post is delivered or not Even without informing the recipient they returned it

I mostly had okay type experience with this post office but this time all new staff untrained .take lot of time in doing 1 registry or speed post. For 1 envelop taking 20 mins and above. Very slow working ..was standing in line for more than 1 hr 15 mins and only 4 people were ahead of me..but that lady was not able to process and do work quickly. Post master sir Mr Kashyup was also not available. Ones a year I go to post office to send Rakhi abroad. Either with stamp or by filling custom form. I asked for custom form nd filled and attached with my envelop.. that time it was not told to me that attch aadhar also with this form. Aftr standing 1 hr 15 in line when my turn came lady told me give photo copy of aadhar aswell. I told i willl give you in 5 mins you atleast process it she denied.. I told you should write on paper stick here on glass so that people may be aware about. In front of her I have removed custom form and asked her weight and tell me how much stamp is required.. she didnt weight she said Rs 52. Nd she didnt had 2 rs stamp she gave me 55 Rs stamp. I told her europe and usa has diff rates and still she said no for all 3 same Rs 55 stamp. I dont knw now whether my Rakhi will reach the destination or not. Mr Kashyup sir the post master of kothari market post office request to you .kindly mention details and stick on glass or wall so that people can read it and get to know what all documents are required for the sending out of India or speed post or registry .people visit for the 1st time also. After standing in line for more than 1 hour still I was not able to send register Rakhi abroad.This is indian postal service. 😔
