Worst experience, both the care takers are extremely rude to kids and parents.

Superb place for children’s in summmer vacation
Very nice and joyful place for kids i visit last time and my experience is like wow 😳 must go i would say …
Must visit Softplay area for kids specially below 5, very affordable pricing with small timing options, very polite caretaker staff. Socks not required.
A wonderful place with a friendly and supportive staff who go above and beyond to ensure children have a fun, engaging, and memorable experience.
Update 18.02.24 Proces have been increased to 150rs for 20 mins and 200rs for 30 mins. ~~~~~ "Unique concept of 15mins of playtime" Never knew about this, pay 100rs for 15 minutes of kids play at this place inside mall. For big car, u need to pay 150 rs for 2 rounds(check once) Definitely interesting pricing and can be hit for parents coming with kids to mall.
Place is clean less crowded, staff is very polite and cooperative…recommend for kids 2-5 years for light soft fun experience if you are staying nearby otherwise not recommended if you are staying >4 km
