निष्काम कर्म means deed without the desirable fruit of success, fame, money or any recognisation. This is sole motivate of this group i.e they only want to act, act and act . Tapan Sharma is active in theatres for several years and it is truly expected that he will continue this work for upcoming decades. Love to see the young generation participating in theatre. A group of young theatre artists has dare to come up with their own theatre group to give the platform to people who just wants to explore their art in the world of theatre. Being a strong theater lover and after personally watching the methodology used by Tapan and his team, undoubtedly this is one of the best theater in Indore. There methods of teaching, rehearsing is strictly professional and fabulous. All the mentors as well as are always there for you and to support you. On regular basis they arrange shows and provide you platform to showcase your talent, and skills. Theater as a medium of choice for expression of creative art is evolving rapidly in Indore. Sahastrasar stands out amongst other theater groups operating in Indore in a lot of ways: 1. It is spearheaded by a person who has years of experience in theater and performing arts - Tapan Sharma who has made his reputation as a guide, mentor, teacher and a friend to a lot of theater enthusiasts. 2. Unlike other theater groups, this one gives importance to merit as opposed to influence. So only genuine performers and theater lovers join this group to hone their skills and get exposed to different styles of theater. 3. The culture of learning, a gentle mix of theory and practice, focus on contemporary literature, makes this a very special place for anyone who loves books, cinema and arts. 4. A lot of discussion goes on before deciding the topic or theme of a play, everyone is asked to make a point, give their views thereby resulting in a memorable performance when it comes to the actual play. 5. In a very short span of time, Sahstrasar has won a lot of top awards and was the first theater group to stage the performance of Piyush Mishra's latest play, "San 2025". That play got many awards in Indore. You may see a few negative reviews, these are nothing but vile, toxic and putrid allegations borne out of malice and jealousy from the members of other theater groups. Please be wary of that and go for a meet up with Tapan once and see for yourself what a gem of a person he is - not only in Theater but in actual life too.

Sahastrar group is a very good institute for those youth who want to come in acting field, group founder Tapan Sharma pays attention to the nuances of acting and teaches it with full devotion, which is rarely seen nowadays. . The Institute of the Art of Acting in Indore is a complete tool for the youth of Indore to learn acting skills. My experience with Sahastrar group was very good, I got to learn many nuances from Tapan ji which I had never learned before. Thank you Sahastrar😊

I always trust experience and the goodwill being created over the years. Mr.Tapan Sharma is working in theatre for past 8 years and so. He is also a selfless being. He does many more activities which is beyond selfishness and can't be done by a normal human. I believe you can not find high standard knowledge, trusted quality with good humanity quite often. So, least one try is justifiable. Why are you waiting? Go to Sahastrar Theatre Group.

This place has a vibe. I have visited with a friend to cast some actors for our short film project and got astonished to look at the rehearsal going on. Actors are pretty well there. Tapan Sharma who is running the theatre is undoubtedly a talented artist. Recently saw their play “Gagan Tamama Bhajyo” at Ravindra Natya Grah. It was really a great experience to see the group’s performance. I will surely cast talents from here in future.

After joining Sahastrar, I got a chance to explore my acting skill and developed my confidence. There are many groups in Indore but I consider Sahastrar because of the working process is totally different and more effective. I recommend you all to join this group whose searching an institute to learn acting and want a healthy environment and impact full learning process.
