My first visit to Indore, I am really happy to choose this hotel. The staff was polite, soft spoken. The vegetarian food is very good, specifically for pure veg lovers. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 3

Never book this hotel. Worst hospitality and management. The room was not cleaned when I checked in and they are asking me to wait they will clean and give. Even the management is poor and they take these things lightly. I booked stay with breakfast and dinner, even food they try to give the main course first and skip the rest. When I pay 4500+GST, I must feel minimum comfort and better, what I feel here is I got cheated Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5 Rooms Very congested. Room service is poor and not clean Food & drinks Service is poor
