I bought their perfumers alcohol . I'll be honest the quality is not good. It has a very strong alcoholic blast. I dont recommend that anyone buys alcohal from this site.

Very disappointing quality. The oil I received had an extremely weak fragrance and almost zero longevity—it felt heavily diluted and nowhere near the quality I expected. Completely not worth the money; I definitely won’t be purchasing again.

Extremely disappointed with the quality. The fragrance oil I received was very weak and had almost no noticeable longevity. I expected a much better-quality product, but the performance was nowhere near what I expected. It honestly felt like a very low-quality or heavily diluted oil. I would not recommend this product if you are looking for a strong, noticeable and long-lasting fragrance. Definitely not worth the money for me.

Before the purchase, the customer service was very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, after the payment, the experience changed completely. Some products arrived leaking, and despite reporting the issue, we still have no solution. Responses are very slow, and we have been repeatedly redirected to another customer service department instead of having the problem resolved. As for the fragrance oils, we understand that these are officially sold as copies inspired by existing fragrances. However, based on our testing and our team’s assessment, the difference from the original fragrances is very significant, both in scent profile and performance. The biggest disappointment is the lack of effective after-sales support and ownership of the problem.

Failed to provide Gst invoice

Very disappointing customer service. I placed an international order for perfumes, but unfortunately I was unable to receive the shipment because Mexican customs required a customs broker in order to release the package. The perfumes were therefore returned to the company. I completely understand that customs regulations are outside the company’s control, and I am not blaming them for the shipment being rejected. My complaint is about what happened afterwards. Once the package was returned to them, I contacted the company several times by email asking for a solution or refund. I received no response. I also contacted them through WhatsApp, where I was told that they would look into the issue and resolve it, but despite that assurance, nothing was done and I have received no further communication. At this point, the company has both the merchandise and my money. I have tried repeatedly to resolve this privately and patiently, but being ignored after the returned shipment was received is extremely frustrating and unacceptable customer service. I am leaving this review in the hope that someone from the company will finally contact me and resolve the situation. I would be more than happy to update my review if they provide the refund or an appropriate solution.

Kabhi time se dispatch nhi hota Ready stock and 2-3 days dispatch bolke 7-10 din lagate hai order nikalne me Don't trust them if u have to fullfill your order in timeline 😐😐😐😑😑
