Machine lene ke time tak sab kuch bahut achha tha, lekin payment ke baad inka after-sales service ekdum worst hai. Complaint ya issue hone ke baad response ke liye baar-baar follow-up karna padta hai, aur proper solution dene ki kisi ko koi responsibility nahi hai. Customer ko bas ghumaya jata hai aur false commitments diye jate hain. Agar service deni hi nahi hai, to customer ko itna wait karwane ka kya matlab? Paisa lene ke baad customer ki koi value nahi reh jaati. Honestly, after-sales service ke naam par bahut disappointing experience raha. Main kisi ko bhi recommend nahi karunga. Agar aap service aur customer support ko importance dete hain, to is company se door rehna better hai.
Very poor after service No one is responding no one is attending call No support after machine breakdown
Good
3rd class service
