Good industry .their are very good work done here.many type of cutting and other instrumental making here .

World's third class company ....if you don't pick up your dirty machine and return my money i am going to file the complete against your company......... I am taking the losses from last two months

Excellent company manufacturing high end cutting equipment. Products include Band Saw, Circular saw , Power Hack Saw machines, Special Purpose machines, Blades etc.have a e-supply online portal, spending on R&D. Exciting days ahead.

Worst service & also team is not supportive. spares are not in stock it take almost 1 month to arrange spares..

company product is very good. but in case of spare part ,communication is very poor. nobody give proper answer. i sent mail and also communicate on telephone but no response. i request to someone in spare department but not received quotation till date.

I need to give rating but below 1 star is not available.. I am very much frustrate, pathetic of ITL Support.. Beware of 3rd axis machine..

“We have 15 ITL machines, but our experience with after-sales service has been very poor. Service support is almost non-existent, and there is no timely response even after raising complaints. In industrial equipment, after-sales service is as important as machine performance, which we did not receive in this case. Buyers are strongly advised to carefully verify service and support before purchasing.”

I am disappointed with the after-sales service provided by this company. Once the sale was completed, the response time became very poor, and it was difficult to get timely support. Communication was also lacking, with no clear updates or proper follow-up regarding my concerns. Good customer service should continue even after the purchase, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. If the company plans to introduce a new product, it should complete proper research and development (R&D) and thorough testing before bringing it to market. I hope the company improves its after-sales support and communication to better serve its customers.
