I have used modular vice with 300 mm opening some pros and cons I found in product Pros Rigid and wide base Heavy box nut with ln bolt not a grub screw Full body grinding finished Sarvice and support foam specially harish chuhan was vary good Cons Moveable jaw stuck with base during setting Centre distance between Center clamping hole was 150 mm but standard machine tool manufacturer use t slot distance 100 mm so find difficulty in clamping company provide side clamp but don’t prefer it. My personal choice is center clamping Company gives box nut with ln bolt but doesn’t gave as a accessory 10 mm ln key to operate it Handle or box wrench for tight the workpiece was good but I feel sort lever length sometimes

Excellent vice, reliable clamping, gets the job done within .02-.03 mm accuracy, no hammering required, saves time, work piece is of equal measurement on all sides.
