We exported some fabric to Australia from Candor. The first shipment went fine but the second shipment was a disaster. The shipping documents were delayed and the Candor rep kept saying that the COO was delayed due to issue with Indian government portal. The COO was delayed for over 15 days by Candor. Finally they left us with a huge wharf storage bill!! Extremely poor service and total lack of accountability! International exporters should be mindful buying from Candor Textiles in India.
Very bad experience to work with Candor I will not recommend anyone to work with candor textile. As a supplier, they are very inconsistent with the quality of product. As a purchaser, not good with payment. Need to be careful if you want to work with candor.
