They are unprofessional and selling cheap systems that doesn't work. Even they don't provide and installation service of their product nor they provide after sales service. They will not pick calls and when they talk they won't be able to resolve problems. They sent us conductivity sensors with controllers and were found not working as soon as installed upon asking service at site they declined to do so asking lot some of money for visit dspite their defective product. Their technical team is not able to resolve the problem and will argue with you to call local technicians to ask. I WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE PLZ STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I SUFFERED A LOT.
Very poor service and worst delivery response. They informed us that the diesel sensor was in stock and collected the payment through their sales person. However, even after 20 days, the material has not been dispatched. There is no proper response to calls or follow-up. Very disappointing experience and highly unprofessional service.
