unfortunately 90% consumers blindly get testing done without asking details of process of such companies. So companies cater to such people due to their own limited knowledge of process. From consumer awareness point by employing any low cost low knowledge sales team people, such co. in general are unable to handle detailed consumer questions. Only option they say is they will do test and give report, or go to someone else if you have such detailed questions. unfortunately arrogance with ignorance when specific process related questions cannot be answered makes such service useless even if they procure govt. accreditation. However senior people in co. should train junior sales ppl to have some knowledge instead of just limiting to Yes,No answers.
