Fruit seller are available from Morning to Evening (upto 5-6). Vegetables are available from morning 5 to 1-2 at noon. Retailers of vegetables are also available. They are also far cheaper than purchasing from an outside market. Additionally veggies are fresh. Wide variety is also available. Best time is morning 7 to 10, however it is very very crowded during this time. Carry your bags as the seller doesn't provide poly bags.
