Farmers Milk Cart

Milk is good but service is poor every 3,4 days delivery not on time

Very good milk products and also available some Bengali sweets their

Poor management, Worst service. There is no sync in management and delivery person. Sometimes dekivery happens early morning sometimes it never comes.

One of the best dairies in Indore. Pure products and a very hygienic place to buy authentic dairy products. Must try products: Curd, Ghee and Cottage Cheese.

I got to know about them in a Bengali food festival. I tried gud sandesh and it is one of the best thing I had. Mouth watering, healthy and hygienic

They provide great and fresh milk, their milk is so tasty and healthy that now they are my go to place for daily milk requirements. They even have an app and they deliver milk in the morning by 7 am at your doorstep if you have placed the order till midnight and dropped a whatsapp message to them. The sweets are amazing and fresh and ohh the paneer is great as well very soft and tasty. Just the gajar ka halwa disappointed us, as there was too much sugar and mava in it and the carrot was very hard to be considered in halwa.

FMC gives you quality products like Milk, curd, paneer, and various sweets. I had one complaint, though. Recently FMC came with up a 10% discount scheme if a customer brought a coupon circulated as a newspaper insert. When I visited the shop on the same day, the in-shop team had no clue about this scheme. Visited again the next day and the owner (?) accepted that such scheme is active, but even did not give me a 10% discount. Visited again today and the old gentleman at the counter said that the discount was applicable only on sweet products and not on milk products. The coupon clearly says that the discount applies on all milk products except ghee. Please do not offer discounts if you do not have the intention to actually honour your offers.

Pathetic experience with managment.. Good product but having good product doesn't mean that you treat customer as nothing... Worst customer experience I ever had...

Milk is good, but I purchased gupchup meethai, which turned green and hard next day, when I went to ask them, they dismissed it my concern by saying “esa hi hota h” And gupchup itself has white and soft outer layer and sweet inner layer As fas as I know any sweet turning green is sign for expired products

Main Farmers Cart Indore gayi thi Wahan ek customer aaya aur usne dikhaya ki milk ke packet me cockroach nikla tha. Ye dekhkar mujhe bahut bura laga. Iske alawa, ye log kabhi time par milk nahi dete. Roz late ho jaate hain. Is wajah se customers ko dikkat hoti hai. Mujhe lagta hai ki inko apni service sudhaarne ki zaroorat hai. Agar aise hi chalta raha, toh bahut se customers aana band kar sakte hain.
