At present,very bad facility of this mall.counter person are irresponsible.they don't follow queue system and misbehave with their customers.i visit malhar mall's big bazaar and last 2 times i faces this issue from their side,i complaint to manager but didnt get any proper response from their side.so i left that place without shopping and again i never go there because they don't follow their rules

offers only customer ko banane wale hote he every item purchase karne se pehale ek bar market visit jarur kare khas karke electronics k mamle me and senior stafe behavior is very bed and employee ke sath bhi unke senior batmiji karte he... Bechare kese kam karte hoge...

They should not charge extra for carry bag after judicial order. They are doing this just by providing non printed bags. It is shameful for such a big organization.

Very very poor service and customer care very poor in handelling. Ordere was not delivered fully despite of calling several times very poor response they said they will refund for non delivered items.. They raised the half rufund and when asked why then they have no answer Since when you guys become cheater... It's small amount but why cheating.. Thst was my last order with u. . You guys sd check how other are working.. They are so professional

They have almost everything For a indian family or individual but need more international products. I tried several times but cant get any. Specially i was looking for food items from europe or middle east. And even from US but they dont keep it. I wish in indore atleast one store can have such products so it will be really helpful for us. Else they are doing good.

Discount at its peak during Independence Day and rakhi but counters closed.understaffed.poor billing. Huge queue. Hours of painful waiting. Was really very tired and upset.

All products under one roof. Vegetables are always sold at higher price than those of other super market. Faulty payment system and untrained staff on payment counters. Tagging attendants are more busy in gossiping than tagging the bags. Promoting limited brands only in some products.
