I bought a washing machine after 2 years i have a complain in my machine a service manager came a he checked and say part is not available after 5-6 days he said i come a change this part after 3 month they not came

I recently visited this store to explore their range of IBF washing machines, ACs, and refrigerators, and I was thoroughly impressed! The shop exclusively carries IBF products, and the variety was excellent. From energy-efficient models to appliances with advanced features, they had something for every need. I purchased dryer which is under warranty period but not working and complaint booked on 26th Aug online customer center and daily reminder given and customer center always told tech is in your area and to day be attended but till 30th 7PM complaint not attended , my recommendation not to purchase IFB appliance as service is very bad

I bought my dishwasher from IFB 6 months ago which is closed from last 4 months. The service people are not working even after taking money, they neither answer the phone nor come. Even after complaining to customer care the service manager engineer is not coming and has taken seven thousand for the goods and is not starting the machine. I am requesting this for the last time, if it is not fixed now then I will destroy it by making a video and will post it on social media with a wrong review.

IFB washing machine service ssb enterprises Bhopal cheating in Amc हमारे पास IFB की वॉशिंग मशीन कोलार मै है जिसकी हमने जुलाई 2024 मै AMC ली IFB से.AMC लेते Time बताया गया कि जो भी पार्ट खराब होगा उसको चेंज किया जाएगा नए से. अभी दिवाली पर मशीन के टब से धुंआ जैसा आया आवाज के साथ। कस्टमर केयर मै 24/10/240को कंप्लेंट की जिसका नंबर है 1015295895 .26/10/24 को हरीश विश्वकर्मा IFB service centre ने मशीन को घर पर आकर देखा।हरीश ने बताया मशीन का टब,सस्पेंशन,water inlet बदलना पड़ेगा.2 दिन का समय मांगा पार्ट मंगाने के लिए। उसके बाद 7/11/24 तक कोई अपडेट नहीं आया। हरीश को फोन किया तो जवाब मिला ऑफिस मै चेक करना पड़ेगा पार्ट का स्टेटस। उसके बाद भी कोई अपडेट नहीं आया.IFB Mp सर्विस हेड Mr अनिकेत को फोन किया उन्होंने बोला डिटेल्स दीजिए चेक करवाता हूं ।उसके बाद भी कोई अपडेट नहीं आया।Mr अनिकेत ,हरीश ने फोन उठाना बंद कर दिया।14/11/24 को ऑल इंडिया सर्विस हेड Mr Murti को फोन किया।तब जाकर Mr अनिकेत,हरीश, और रोहित गुप्ता का फोन आया. आपका काम कल 15/11/24 को हो जाएगा.15/11/24 को सारा दिन निकल जाने के बाद शाम को रोहित गुप्ता घर पर आए अपने एटीट्यूट के साथ जैसा किसी की शिकायत हो जाने पर होता कोई रिग्रेट नहीं आंखों मै की 20 दिन से कंप्लेंट रिजॉल्व नहीं की गई है। उसके बाद रोहित गुप्ता ने बोला मै सिर्फ टब चेंज करने आया हूं उनको हरीश जो हमको 26/10/24 को तीन पार्ट खराब का बोलकर गया था उस से कोई मतलब नहीं था।रोहित ऐसे बात कर रहा था जैसे रोड साइड मिस्ट्री बात करते है आपको मशीन चलने से मतलब है या पार्ट चेंज कराने से। उस समय समझ नहीं आया कि आदमी amc क्यों लेता है।फिर रोहित गुप्ता ने एक पुराना टब जो कि used था जिसमें जंग लगी हुई थी उसको मशीन मै डाल दिया टब किसी और मॉडल का था फिट नहीं हो रहा था तो टब को जमीन पर रख कर उस पर खड़े होकर उसको बैंड करके जबरजस्ती मशीन मै डाल दिया उसके लिए मशीन की रबर भी ब्लेड से काट दी।उसके बाद जब हमने सर्विस कंप्लीट का ओटीपी देने से मना किया तो हम से बोला गया मै बैक हैंड से क्लोज करा लूंगा. रोहित गुप्ता का बोलना था मेरी जो मर्जी होगी वो पार्ट चेंज करूंगा आपके कहने से नहीं करूंगा ना जो लड़का आया था पहले चेक करने उस से बात करूंगा.सर्विस सेंटर एक फ्रेंचाइजी है क्या फ्रेंचाइजी वाले अपने आप को कंपनी का ऑनर समझने लगते है? हम तो लीगल एक्शन लेने जा ही रहे है फोटो मै देख सकते है amc मै जो टब चेंज किया है उसमें जंग लगी है टब दूसरे मॉडल का है उसको लगाने के लिए गेट की रबर ब्लेड से काट दी गईं सारे सदस्य सतर्क रहें IFB के प्रोडक्ट और Amc लेने से पहले।भोपाल सर्विस सेंटर और IFB कंपनी का रवैया अनुचित है सेल्स ऑफ्टर सर्विस भी बहुत खराब है।

Also, before visiting the store, I connected with a representative over a call who guided me really well regarding the store location and product details. He even shared all the necessary information on WhatsApp, which was very convenient and saved a lot of time. Overall, a very smooth and customer-friendly experience.
