Laptop selling team have lack of experience . They are using customer lots of time taken to complete entire finance process. but the didn’t complete the process. Because they were laptop serial number scanning that the time popup showing laptop was sold out some laptops serial number mismatched .

Pathetic service ever : nobody is answering the call, got damaged product and none of the employees are taking any action.

Great experience with store, also very nice employees and service.

Very bad services, I booked a washing machine, next day I got the delivery, but after 48 hrs when the service centre person came for installation he found the product damaged in transit... when I asked for replacement next 48 hrs also their is no one responsible person who can help... the store manager is enjoying writing the mail and his work is over... No responsibility against the person who had paid the price but suffering due to their carelessness. Only these people are meant for sales ,no after sales services
