Worst service amongst all the croma stores accross the city. Rude and Impolite staff, doesn'teven attend the customers. Not recommended.

Laptop staff is very very inexperienced they dont know about their deal only just make fake promisses and then either stop picking up call or just shameless sorry and move out, dont know how does their own finance works :( very very bad behaviour, the staff is seems uneducated.

Good store and staff behavior is too good

I bought an IPhone 17 on 18/01 but since the IT person was not available I was asked to come next day for migrating data to new one. It took around 2 hours next day with no output.Krishna the seller did not help at all.Allthe time WiFi issue disturbed there too. It appeared like once goods sold thereafter no caring for customers. Spoiling Tata image.It wala person was also seen helpless since no body in store was listening to him also.I will request the public not to visit store as they don’t help and care.Thier after sales service is minus zero(-0). I think they are not properly educated.☹️☹️

Very poor assistance in terms of service. Purchased AC in March 2026. Now struggling to get invoice and confirming the Free service promised. Making repeated calls from last 5 days but poor response. Highly not recommended.
