Worst behavior of staff specially sales person they quarrel with customer they have no manners to talk to with customers.

Very dissatisfied with them. Sold a defective machine and whwn reached out for support , no help. Staff and Service are not helpful

Absolutely the worst staff ever. Truly disrespectful and horrible behaviour towards customers. Most of the reviews here are paid reviews. Wouldn’t recommend this store.

5 stars for Anand's presentation and salesmanship. We purchased a Samsung fridge from Japan Electronic. But 0 stars for packaging and logistics. LG is far better in comparison to Samsung regarding packaging and logistics.

Very Good Experience. I Bought a LED and they provide Same Day installation on my demand. Very polite and knowledgeable staff here they have good product knowledge.

Very rude staff. Staff should learn some manners to talk to the customers. Store agent tells one price on a day and other price on the next day and then says the customer is lying. There are better deals available at some other stores.

I purchased a 1.5T Samsung AC from them, they were very promising and delivered me the AC on time, but I was very disappointed as they showed me a low cost EMI plan stating that I'll get 40-50% off on one of the EMIs and hence that will save me some money. But I received only a 15% off which was has broken my trust. Please choose the dealer wisely..!!

I was ripped off, bought an overpriced item that arrived damaged. To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to exchange it. The staff's attitude was completely rude and arrogant.
