I bought this 10feet chimney pipe , which was hardly 8 feet for 800Rs Quality is not upto expectations, at the time of fitting it got broken. Really disappointed with hindaware.

Worst experience with the installation and post coordination , don’t go with them we purchased chimney with them no proper coordination in installation , worst installation done. We conveyed our issue with the store but no reply or Followup and they call themselves so called distributors.

Bahut ghatiya company hai.. Product ki warranty dete hai or replace nahi karte aap sabse nivedan hai. Inke fraud me mat aana.. Bhaut hi kamine log hai.. Inke employee bhi kamine hai.. Hmne 2 tank less commode kharide.. Wo lage huye hi toot gaye.. Or ek seat 14000 ki thi.. 10.sal ki warranty thi kmino ne wapas hi nhi ki.. Inki company band ho jaye fraud

I initially visited the store to purchase a Hindware chimney, but the model I wanted was not in stock and was expected the following week. The staff suggested a KAFF chimney and arranged it from their Vijay Nagar store, so I was able to get it the very same day, which I really appreciated. The installation was done professionally. The price offered was also competitive. However, there were a few things that could have been handled better. I had ordered the grey model but received the black one. I was also told that KAFF is an Italian brand and that the 1180 airflow model performs like a 1400 CMH model. After my purchase, I found that KAFF is an Indian brand and the rated airflow is 1180 CMH. I also noticed that the unit was from an October 2023 batch(around 3 years old), which I would have preferred to know before making the purchase. Overall, the product quality, same-day availability, price, and installation experience were good. I would just request the store to provide accurate product information and ensure the correct model and color are delivered, so customers can make fully informed decisions.
