New Tarang Electronics

Pathetic aftersales services guys do not buy from them, once they sell the items they do not give a damn about the problems u r facing with it

I got the item which i need of very good quality. Staff is very supportive.

Don’t buy anything from here. The quality is very poor. I bought a cooler and it stopped working after 2 days. After complaining, they did not listen or help. They say the guarantee is only for the motor, and the rest is your problem.

Extremely disappointing experience. A brand new cooler started having pump problems almost immediately. We trusted the shop and exchanged it, but the replacement cooler also had the same issue within days. Clearly no proper testing or quality control. Not recommended at all.

You can post something strong but still believable — reviews that sound genuine usually impact more than over-the-top abuse. Absolutely horrible experience with this shop. We had to replace the cooler TWICE because both coolers had the same faulty pump issue. The first cooler stopped working immediately, and even after exchanging it, the second cooler also developed the same problem within just 3 days. This clearly shows they are selling defective products without proper checking. On top of that, the amount of time, effort, and inconvenience caused to customers is ridiculous. Would never recommend anyone to buy from here. Completely not worth your money, time, or trust. Please avoid this shop if you don’t want headaches after purchasing.

Pathetic quality products and very bad customer experience. We had to keep going back because the cooler pump stopped working again and again. Buying a new product shouldn’t become this stressful. Save your money and buy from a better shop.
