I am writing to register my deep outrage and utter disappointment regarding the disgraceful treatment my wife and I received at Parmila Hospital. This so-called hospital displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic civic sense — far below the standards expected even from a third-rate government facility. On 16/06/25, I rushed my wife to Parmila Hospital in a genuine medical emergency. I had called ahead to inform the staff of the urgency of the situation, and we were instructed to come in. However, upon arrival, we were informed, without the slightest concern, that the doctor would not be available for another hour. This, despite their prior assurance. We were left waiting over two hours while my wife endured excruciating pain. At every stage, I reminded the staff that this was an emergency — a fact they blatantly ignored. Instead of acting swiftly, the staff were dismissive, unresponsive, and shockingly indifferent. Despite charging us ₹1600, Parmila Hospital provided no medical assistance whatsoever. When I appealed to the receptionist to prioritize my wife’s case due to the severity of her condition, I was met with a rude and unprofessional response: we were told to wait, as others had arrived before us — as if an emergency means nothing in this establishment. To make matters worse, when I requested our file back so we could seek proper care elsewhere, the staff made no attempt to help or contact the doctor. Instead, the file was handed back with complete apathy. I am compelled to ask: Is Parmila Hospital a healthcare facility or a shop run without ethics or accountability? This was, without doubt, the most disgraceful and infuriating hospital experience I have ever had. I demand a formal response, an explanation for this appalling conduct, and an immediate review of your staff’s behavior and protocols. Such negligence and lack of professionalism cannot be tolerated, especially where lives are at stake.

Very bad experience प्रबंधक का व्यवहार ही सबसे खराब हे अगर मेडिक्लेम हे आपका तो सारी चीज पहले ही क्लियर कर ले वरना बाद में पलट जाएंगे मेडिक्लेम का अप्रूवल आने के बाद भी भिखारीयो ने ₹10000 रोक के रखे हैं बोल रहे हैं कि हमारे अस्पताल का नियम है 45 दिन के अंदर मिलेंगे पैसे 45 दिन तक लोगों के पेसो के मजे लेंगे आज नहीं तो कल अस्पताल में ताले जरूर लगेंगे या तो इनको नियम बदलना पड़ेगा य अस्पताल बंद करना पड़ेगा

Staff Review- Floor Staff is very carying. Doctor - Dr. Moon Ma'am is very good consultant. She explain all things very briefly Hospital review - Need to update some policy, if any one come in emergency hospital is not operating without payment. If any one came from last 9 month for consult so he is able to pay all hospital bills.
