Problem faced: 1. After delivery up to 3 day patient and new born baby under supervision of Dr. In hospital (Admitted) then also no one guide us or instructed or provide the facility for sun bath for new born baby to avoid the Jaundice. Due to this mistake my new baby suffering from jaundice and admitted for treatment. Need to improve: 1. Hospital need to facilitate the sun bath area and hospital staff ensure the activity. Good things: 1. All Gynecologist dr. Guided properly and helpful. 2. Treatment also good and staff try to made the Normal delivery.

Today my wife is discharged from Pramila Hospital and we got our new born baby which is most precious and happiest moment of our life. I must say services and amazing care from hospital sfatt and doctor is outstanding. Hospital staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms and hospitals are very clean. Pramila Hospital is one of the best options for becoming parents.

Good experienced and friendly nursing staff and duty doctor and also the housekeeping staff is very good. Very neat and clean hospital. I have very bad experience in other hospital and in pramila hospital their facilities satisfied me and treat my father and very well taken care of him . She is very dedicated and believes in not to give up. she always encouraged us not to lose hope and finally succeeded in making us the proud parents of beautiful son. All the team members of the hospital are really helpful and cooperative. I strongly recommend Pramila hospital to all the couples who wants to make their dream of becoming parents true. Worst hospital ever, specially i want to tell about the TPA. My husband was admitted with so much blood lose. His condition was very bad. While admission they told it will be caseless because we already had a mediclaim.. and they simply make him admit for the second they and did the operation on third day...while discharge they told the claim cant be passed and it will get declined..they didn't even tried to talk to the mediclaim company and told the severity of the case...they told us to talk to the mediclaim company by ourself....they didn't co operate with anything and just denied...I strongly dont recommend anybody to come to this hospital with mediclaim. If we only have to talk to the company then why TPA department is getting paid...
