From the moment we stepped into Pramila IVF Hospital, I felt a sense of trust and reassurance. Their team combines exceptional professionalism with genuine care, making the entire journey smoother and less overwhelming. Pramila IVF offers a wide range of fertility services with an approach that balances expertise and compassion, ensuring that every step is handled with clarity and comfort.

Pramila Hospital is best when you look for good hospital which maintains hygiene properly, And I choose pramila hospital because of Dr moon Jain madam ,My both c sections are done by madam, I feel so grateful to her , because of her experience I had very easy delivery and got recovered very soon . I would like to suggest every mom to be to take DR MOON JAIN MADAM as there gynaecologist.

I understand that hospitals are businesses, but Pramilla Hospital shows no empathy—neither emotionally nor financially. While the lower-level staff are polite and helpful, the management and doctors are extremely slow and rigid in their approach. The insurance team makes the situation even worse. Even after the doctor gives discharge approval, they delay sending bills and documents to the insurance company. When the insurance company sends approval (even after waiting 2 hours) with clear notes stating that a specific amount should not be charged to the patient, the hospital refuses to bear that amount and insists that the patient must pay. They then say the only alternative is to resend the same bill for re-approval, which takes another 2–3 hours, and they will not discharge the patient during this time. Due to this pressure, we were ultimately forced to pay an amount that the hospital should have covered. I am attaching a photo of the insurance approval for reference. Additionally, the advance amount of ₹10,000 paid at the beginning was not refunded without repeated follow-ups—at least 5–6 times. I still following up for the same. Overall, the experience was stressful and disappointing.

19/08/25 Visited hospitl for checkup, for which it was sure to have a test first. Upon requesting the receptionist (during the shift of 1 pm till 4 pm or more), please just consult the doctor for the test and I was suffering from severe pain and shivering. But she didn't allow nor ask the doctor or subordinate. After 3 hours I went in, the subordinate asked us to get the test done. The receptionist was so rude to me, during the whole process. we didn't say a word to her except the normal request. I asked her to speak politely to the patients and she replied by saying ((meri aawaj hi esi hai)). The subordinate was sitting there only. We come to the hospital because of the doctor, but if this type of behavior will be here, will be disappointing for us. Review of 2 years ago Dr Moon Jain is a very skilled and experienced doctor and the hospital is equipped with the necessary tools and machinery. The only issue was the reception, there was a long line of patients and neither receptionist was able to handle the job properly.

Excellent behaviour from every being of the hospital, helped alot in claiming insurance and other facilities. Doctors also gives consultation in very appropriate menor.
