I had been dealing with intense pain for almost 3 weeks due to a sudden bike jerk injury before consulting Dr. Manish for chiropractic treatment. He first did a very proper assessment and then started the alignment treatment accordingly. I took 2 sessions and finally started feeling relief from the pain after that. Along with the alignment treatment, he also suggested physiotherapy for better recovery and follow-up care, which really helped in improving my condition further. I recently visited a physiotherapist for nerve pain in my lower back, and overall, the experience has been quite good so far. The pain was really bothering me earlier, but after the first session, I already started feeling some relief. The treatment included cupping therapy, massage, and machine-based needle therapy with mild electric pulses. Initially, I was a bit unsure about the shock therapy, but it was manageable and actually helped relax my muscles. The therapist seems knowledgeable and professional. He also explains the treatment properly, which makes the whole process more comfortable. However, there is one area where I feel improvement is needed. The support staff responsible for massage sometimes don’t give enough time or attention, the massage hardly lasts 2 minutes and then they leave. Since each session costs a significant amount, I believe patients deserve full and proper treatment every time. If the staff is not fully engaged, it would be better that they don’t attend patients instead of doing a rushed job. When we are paying a good amount, we expect quality and consistency in service. I’ve been advised a 7-day session, and I’m hopeful that the results will continue to improve. Overall, a positive experience, but better staff consistency would make it even better😊. Visited for Day 2 of my therapy session today. The treatment was good and I did feel some relief. However, there was confusion regarding the payment. I was not clearly informed on Day 1 that the full ₹5000 for the 7-day session had to be paid on the second day. I had already paid ₹1000 for Day 1 and again ₹1000 for today’s session, assuming it was on a per-day basis. Also, since this is a new clinic, renovation work is still going on. Sometimes, renovation-related items like ladders and equipment are kept in the reception area, which can be a bit distracting. It would be better if such work is managed outside patient hours for a smoother experience. Clear communication about payment expectations in advance would make the experience much smoother. Overall, the treatment is helping, and I’m hopeful for better results in the coming days.
