Horrible customer service. They try to send the customer back for various silly reasons, while agents run amok. Official start of business is 11am, but no official turn up before 12pm. Rampant corruption and lazy workers. Pathetic iIndia bureaucracy

My license renewal was pending for about 4 months but on visiting the office I was pleasantly surprised to the papers I had submitted in a box. My queries were sorted and my work got done today itself.

It is possible to get work done without agents. Definitely it may take more time. If your time is less valuable than agent fees, do so.

All the work related to transport facility in Indore like licence , permit etc. You can easily get there and get your work done. The roads are little bad but the overall route is fine.

सर मेरा लाईसेंस आरटीओ मे पिछ्ले 6 महिनो से नही निकला है तो पोस्ट ऑफ़िस में कहाँ से आएगा और मे 4-5 बार अपना लाईसेंस लेने के लिए आरटीओ जा चुका हूँ पर अभी तक ना मेरा लाईसेंस मिला हैं ना ही कोई भी अधिकारी मदद करता है आरटीओ के ऑफ़िस का टाईम 10बजे से है पर आरटीओ ऑफ़िस 1 बजे से पहले नहि खुलता है। आज एक बात साबित होती हैं की अगर मेने भी दलाल के जरिए लाईसेंस बनवाया होता तो आज मुझे इतना परेशान नही होना पड़ता मुझें लगता था कि देश बदल गया है और भस्टाचार खतम हो गया है पर में गलत था मुझें लगता था की बिना दलाली दिये भी काम हो सकता हैं पर अफ़सोस हमारे देश में आज भी बिना पैसा दिए कोई भी सरकारी काम नही होता है।😔😔

वाहन चालक का लाइसेंस वैसे तो ऑनलाइन वनवाया जा सकता है पर जो एग्जाम देकर न बनवाया जाए तो इसमें आपको ही घाटा है क्योंकि आपके लाइसेंस बनने में जहा 1500 रू. लगने हैं वही आप ऑनलाइन वाले को 2500 रू. देकर चले आते है , अगर हमारे नॉलेज का टेस्ट बिना ही कुछ काम हो जाए तो नॉलेज किस काम का , अगर आप टेस्ट दिए बगैर लाइसेंस बनवाते है तो ऑनलाइन वाले का पेट भरता है, ओर आप काबिल है या नही ये आप साबित नहीं कर पाते तो आप लापरवाह है और कानून का उलंघन करने वाले भी , इसलिए आप लाइसेंस भले ऑनलाइन बनवाए पर RTO जाकर एक बार टेस्ट जरूर दें । आपको रूल्स के बारे में बताया जाएगा , आपका ज्ञान बडेगा ओर आपके पैसे भी कम लगेंगे।

Mene 17 december 2019 ko photo click karvai or driving test bhi clear kiya usake bad bhi aaj tak 4 January 2020 ho gai he par abhi tak mera driving licence nhi aaya he Muje job ke liye apply karna tha or licence nhi hone ki vajah se vacancy chali gai 😞😞😔😞 Ab me khya karu

I went for traffic signal exam at RTO.. During this covid 19 crises... But there was a good experience. Nice facilites and even better than many other rto of other cities. Hope rto will become more advance with time
