Asiad Enterprise stands out not only for its unbeatable rates, especially in Sariya (Steel rod ), but also for its exceptional customer service. The owner is incredibly cool and knows exactly how to handle customers with politeness and professionalism. Every visit to Asiad Enterprise is a pleasant experience, thanks to the owner's approachable demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction. If you're looking for quality steel products at the best prices, Asiad Enterprise is the place to go.
They do not know how to deal with customers professionally. The older gentleman told me that they would accept a self cheque, but the younger person (probably his son) later said that he does not have time to go to the bank. Both of them give different statements, which creates confusion and shows a lack of coordination. Instead of providing a clear solution, they keep passing you from one person to another. Overall, the customer service experience was very disappointing, unprofessional, and poorly managed.
