Very shaby in dealing. One sales person quoted Rs.375/- per sq ft and after 3-4 days when I visited again the same Italian slab was quoted for Rs.290/- per sq ft. After settlement of rate, it was agreed that slab will be cut and prepared by the labour at their premises. Then we were informed that for taking out the piece we have to arrange the labour for removing their stone and to take out our slab. In case any stone break then I have to bear the cost or else I have to pay Rs 1500/- for labour and transportation of material. I had no option but to agree. When every thing was agreed next day I received a call from Mr. Ajinder that as you are getting one table and one counter table at our premises for use of electricity you have to pay Rs 2000/- for table and Rs 2000/- for crockery table as electricity charges. I am surprised how can cutting and polishing of one slab of stone can consume 400 units of electricity @Rs 10 per unit. This shows how they extract money from small customers. I will advice people not to deal with Anuska Marbles located at By Pass near Best Price. Their dealing and customer handling is unprofessional and pathetic. They are very arrogant. Their only motive is to extract money from small customers. Be Careful.

Not satisfied with the work..I ordered a dinning and tea table. When it was placed at home I saw a crack in my tea table. After multiple reminder the worker came and again asked 2.5k for correecting it, although it was addressed on same time. Although the collection is good rate are also compatible with market
