Unsatisfied with tiles quality

If you want to experience pathetic service, you can visit House of Johnson shop. Let me explain- I bought bathroom tiles from this shop Order#- 817/19-20 and ABQ- 818/19-20. They did 4 mistakes in that- 1. Wrong commitment, they promise to deliver in 7days but when you call them they will always say Rajkot me strike chal rahi hai, 15days baad aayega. 2. 1 bathroom wall tiles(Austin grey) was sent wrong so again I had to wait for 15days to get it replaced. 3. For another bathroom wall tile(Argil dark), one tiles packet was completely damaged even a blind person can touch the pkt and say this was knowingly done. I got replacement but had to wait for 15days again. 4. Biggest problem - Bathroom floor tiles were sent in 2 different color which made me crazy and when I did complaint, they said contact Johnson tiles office. A person visited and told you have fix this tiles so we don't take responsibility and this happened due to tiles names are written in English and workers can't read English. they even didn't oppologise for there mistakes. I had to order floor tiles from another shop. I was like company engineer is giving me such reason then why I should go for company tiles to buy. Still no responsibility taken. Very bad...don't deal with such Companies.

I bought tiles from johnson showroom, I asked for the broken tiles replacement next day after tiles received. The sales person of johnson didn't convey to the dealer and now dealer is denying to replace broken tiles and johnson sales person is not helping as well. Recommend to choose a better dealer or different company than johnson, I see them as they are not customer friendly.

टाइल्स की क्वालिटी बहुत ही खराब है। टाइल्स में छेद हो रहे हैं और जगह-जगह निशान आ रहे हैं। खरीद कर निराशा हुई। यहाँ से टाइल्स लेना बंद करिए ।

I have bought few bathroom tiles with them and didn’t had a good experience at all. Similar to review comments below, they seem to make silly mistakes in commitment/ delivering right tiles ( delivered X instead of Y in prepaid order ).Again need to wait upto 15 days. Low accountability with Johnson blaming dealer and vice versa. Avoid at all cost and go for Kajaria alike rather.

My experience with Johnson tiles has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, most of the tiles installed in my office cracked within a short period of time. I expected far better performance from a reputed brand and am deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience.
