The worst after sales service. No one is responsible once the product is sold.
Very ordinary products and quality . No one picks phone at customer care number. You will not get any after sales services.
Worst product quality and service. If you want to avoid the trouble of continuous expenses of maintenance, better go for any local brand but not kerovit
I had been facing many problems from past few years after the installation of kerowit concealed tank. However the technician use to come and resolve the issue. The issue use to appear again and again and we were ok with it as the technician use to come and resolve it. However this time when I filed a complaint, the behaviour was very rude and were not ready to help and later I was told that they will provide me with their senior contact number which they didn't. Nobody is there to help. Highly dissatisfied.
Very poor maintainance service . Better not to buy if you don't want to repent. Water leaking from flush tank since last 56 hours .no one listening after repeated complaints
