Here’s your updated review with that point added clearly: ⸻ We ordered bathroom fittings from M V Patel, Indore, and had a very disappointing experience. At the time of purchase, the sales representative assured us that all selected items were available. However, upon receiving the material, we found that several items from our order were missing. Our tile fitting work is already completed, and now the labour is just waiting for the remaining items. This delay is wasting both our time and money. Since then, we have tried contacting the store multiple times, but no one is giving a proper response regarding when the missing items will be delivered. The salesgirl who assisted us initially is also not responding anymore. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is really frustrating and unprofessional. We expected better coordination and support after the sale.
