Despite of the fact that the place is clean and in the mid of the city it is not good fit for IT ventures as there is a lot of parking issues, This is good for small offices and shops but if there is any company where they have more than 25 employees they will surely gonna face parking issues and you should not bring the car here otherwise it may have dents and you are not gonna have the space firstly and many unwanted persons come in this buildings which often make nuisance and disputes with the office employees i recently faced once.....NOT RECOMMENDED seriously

You will never get parking here. You just can't think of going by 4 wheeler there. Feel very lucky if you get parking for two wheeler also.
