MR.DIY Phoenix Citadel, Indore

I went to D.Y.I with my wife, and the staff there was very rude. There was a person with the surname Aiyar who spoke to me and my wife disrespectfully. He pressured me not to place my belongings properly but to throw them instead. When I asked him to check the camera footage, he refused to do so. Even the store manager did not speak to me properly. I have visited many D.Y.I stores in Indore before and never faced such issues, but this time they did not treat me well. I will never visit the Phoenix D.Y.I store again.

Neet and clean very useful product is here such a great place

Nice store all things is available in One place

Looking good but many staff shortages it's very critical situations presenting staffs

Many products and best all needs

It’s a huge home improvement store with wide variety of products , few products are at very good price while others are at market price.

I visited your store today and had an unpleasant experience. Your staff refused to generate a bill for a single item and insisted that I must purchase additional products in order to proceed with billing. No valid reason or policy was explained for this behavior. I would like to know under which policy or law such a practice is allowed. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poor customer service.
