Emaar Continental City

Emaar is fraud company. They have taken 100% payment and not doing sale deed of plot in Emaar continental city.

Emaar is collaborating on the utilization of amenities, the main entrance gate, and roads with another residential community named EKAM. Consequently, the security of the Emaar campus has been compromised.

Pathetic attitude of people appointed by EMAAR, Not attending calls or calling back to the customer, Even head office not aware what is happening on ground, Toll free number of EMAAR says no idea of the lauch date of the project not even aware how much development has been done. On other hand on ground people have started trading the property.

International Villa plots are located in the vicinity of airport. Nearby proposed metro ( phase3) at Nainod makes it more suitable for everyone. Worth buying for an extraordinary experience and superb connectivity. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

club house is ready all the money collected but last 6 months can't start the club house spoiling reputation or Emaar

The customer experience team is highly unresponsive and did not provide any proactive updates on the project's status. I had to follow up with them repeatedly to get any information, and even then, their responses were vague and unhelpful.

worst service provided by emaar , never ever book in emaar properties , during possession they are asking 2lac extra mentioning other charges1 without any clarification and also it is not being mentioned in the agreement. Worst quality construction , they took all money 90% during 6month of booking and provide you posession after 2 years and by demanding extra amount 2lac.

The customer experience team is highly unresponsive. After taking 100% payment, they are not doing sale deed of my plot. Myself and my husband booked plot in Emaar continental city Indore. Unfortunately my husband died and now they are harassing my whole family. They denied to execute sale deed and insisting me to produce succession certificate from court. At the same time they forced us to pay final instalment of payment. We paid full money and they not issuing no-dues certificate. Lots of issue dealing with their team. Our family is shocked and being harassed by Emaar team. It is basic rights of widow, and deceased's family to get possession of property after 100% payment. They are not co-operating with our family and enjoying our interest free money. My personal opinion to never invest your hard earned money in any project of Emaar.

Yesterday we visited this most prominent development project of Indore for supply painting material to our socially respected customers like Software developer_karnal_Doctor_Nri Dubai etc. All occupied a lavish area for royal and healthy life style
