IT Folks ... BEWARE.. Aroma builders service is VERY VERY POOR category... He may run without completing the work or he will delay work so much that you will be frustrated to the core. If you are planning to give him with Material Work.. PLEASE READ ON ONCE.. 1) They will try to squeeze as much money as possible, in advance... I made a BIG mistake giving him 25% advance. 2) They will lie about all the things he will do, but he will never write it on agreement. Moment you give him advance, he will start denying each of them slowly. 3) They will not write any rates on agreement, and when work comes up, he will try to buy CHEAPEST quality material. Plus he will lie you about material availability. 4) They never do site visits promptly. Everything will be left to labour mercy,, 5) If you give him with material, and you end up paying for any stuff which he is suppose to buy, forget about any refund. In my case, he didnt even refund 3000 Rs for sink, inspite of giving lakhs of Rs in advance. 6) In case you opt for construction work and dont give him interiors, he will spoil the quality of your ocnstruction work to the lowest possible, REMEMBER - They will stoop to lowest level possible when it comes to money.
We chose aroma builders because we wanted a highly personalized services and that's exactly what we got. Brett and his team were tidy, considerate, and organized. I am very happy and satisfied with the services. I recommend other people.
