Mohak Bariatrics and Robotics

I had the worst experience with Mohak Bariatrics Medpanda regarding their weight loss balloon procedure. The balloon was supposed to last for 6 months, but it got deflated within just 40 days. When I raised this serious issue, the consultant Mansi refused to acknowledge it as a quality problem and casually claimed that it was "normal" and they would replace it. This is absolutely unacceptable — when a product or treatment is sold with a specific claim, patients should be able to trust it. Instead, I felt dismissed and unsupported. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and think twice before trusting their promises. Definitely the worst experience ever.

Good Service. But Follow up for dietician could get better as they didn't provide clear image.

I would highly recommend this hospital. The staff is very supportive, and cleanliness is well maintained. The doctor is also very experienced, kind, and explains everything clearly.

यहाँ आने के बाद मेरा अनुभव यहाँ की सर्जरी और यहाँ के स्टॉफ को लेकर बहुत अच्छा रहा। हमे किसी भी तरह की कोई प्रॉब्लम नही हुई। और समय समय पर अच्छी गाइड लाइन मिलती रही। यहाँ के सभी स्टाफ बहुत अच्छे एवम हेल्पफुल है।
