Experience is very good and trains staff thanking all the team

My sister recently got bariatric surgery done here.3 Stars for the medical treatment,hygenene,staff and over all experience as a patient . HoHowev major flaw which we felt that,doctors do not have any one to one in person interaction with patient,thay come for flying visit.No contant details of doctor perfoming surgery are shared. A help line number is given saying its 24 hrs but night in case of emergency no one pics up the call.When you call up landline the staff at night duty will receive call there to no doctor.If everything is good ,things go fine for majority of people ,but I personally feel every patient should be provided with one direct number of doctor which he she can contact at time of problem atleast for initial phase. 2 Stars less for this reason where there is no dr number being shared with patient for future interaction , emergency purpose.what is given is also not working.This is a major improvement area. Otherwise overall go ahead,you are going to get very good support till you are in hospital.
