Hey ..... Guyssss i am an engineering graduate. My journey with nidhi was best. Actually i am that case... Who initially lost weight then gain weight again.... From loosing 26kg, gaining 38kg .....with lots of medical issues. Nidhi take that very well, i loose approx. 12 kg weight in a month.... I'll definitely recommend her, diet plans are flexible & planned according to urr body type. I'll gratefully follow her in future for the complete transformation.

बहुत गन्दा अनुभव . आपने मेरी दिनचर्या जाने बिना.. महज 1 मिनट में आपने मुझे डाइट चार्ट भी दे दिया और बोल दिया ऐसा करने से 4-5 kg वजन कम हो जायेगा... मैडम आपने जो डाइट बताया वह तो मैं कई महीनो से फॉलो कर ही रहा हूं...उससे ज्यादा फर्क नहीं पड़ रहा है... आपको अपने पेशेंट कों पूरा टाइम देना चाहिए.. मुझे लगता है की आपको बहुत सीखने की जरूरत है..... ना की गूगल पर अपने स्टार बढ़ाने में दिलचस्पी दिखाना चाहिए.. आप अच्छा ट्रीट करेंगी तो लोग यूं है 5स्टार रेटिंग दे देंगे..

I and my husband are really thankful for Nidhi's constant support and encouragement to us shifting 5 and 10 kilos off our bodies resp that too completely from remote as we live in Hyderabad and she is from indore but always a text away. Really enjoyed eating correct food and discovered that even healthy meals can be tasty and interesting. I highly recommend her for you.

She is an excellent nutrition. Always available and periodically review for given diet plan . Her diet plan focuses on indian basic foods. I have lost appx 3 kg in a month without any stress. She is always easy reachable for your smallest doubts as well.

I took her diet plan coz i was facing stomach and gastric issues and her diet helped me alot to recover from it !! I’ve never been to a dietician before. What I received was far more advice and knowledge that I had initially expected. Dr. Nidhi is extremely knowledgeable, excellent at communicating, and just plain fun to talk to. I enjoyed my session with Her.
