Being a consistent client from 2006 till today! recently Experienced a significant fall in quality services from employees end. No doubt zameer stays the best hair stylist. It's for him that place is worth visiting

Worst experience ever. Had gone for hair smoothing. After the first wash, it appeared the same as before.i went for the complain They asked me to come back to re do. They washed my hair ,did a blow dry, and said that the hair is fine. Nonsense talk. I again did the hair wash after two days. And they were still feezy. Took money 5500 and zero result.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE. This place is a scam. The receptionist, the hairstylist and the very owner Zameer are all scammers. I went here for a global haircolour for a close “family” wedding function and they DID TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOURS ON MY ROOTS AND ENDS. For the entire family function, for all the wedding photos, I had super light roots and jet black hair down under. Their only answer was “oops we are sorry” , expecting me to sit back for another 3 hours with a crying infant waiting at home. They didnt even understand that colouring hair twice so close can ruin hair quality. The receptionist showed zero empathy when handling this complaint. I tried to speak to the owner many times who refused to even come on the phone once. Pathetic disgusting customer care. He passed on the message saying you need to pay half cause we coloured half correctly. Can you bloody imagine???!!!!!!! It took me weeks and weeks following up to get some money back. If you love your hair even a bit, dont make the mistake of going here.

Expensive. I asked for a hair trim keeping my length as much as possible, and particularly mentioned- I wanted my hair in layers as it already was, but zameer cut straight like how it was done in Olden days. Then came to balayage. He did more of an Ombré rather than balayage. And many parts have thick slabs rather than the light gentle streak. I am so not satisfied. I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I specifically asked and paid for Rica Wax, but I strongly suspect that a different, lower-quality wax was used instead. There was no transparency or confirmation before the service. Customers deserve honesty about the products being used, especially when they are paying for a premium service. I hope the salon improves its transparency and customer service in the future. Services Body waxing
