They won’t value your time.. they wont value your visit.. i took an appointment and confirmed on reaching in 5 mins.. within just 5 mins they got adhoc customer and took service and said i will hv to wait for an hour.. No professionalism no respect for appointments booked and even worse no apologies on behaving such way

Very very bad experience.i asked for a senior stylist..they gave me the junior most. even after describing the kind of cut i like, they could not give me that. For doing shampoo they were using cold water, after asking for warm water answer i get is " tanki mein hoga.. aa jayega...we dont swich on our water heater) ...really disappointing

Haircut by Zameer is good and he is very quick also, but I didn't like one thing everytime you go there for something they suggest you new products /treatmeants( for eg clean up) for some reason. For someone whose skin is sensitive they should stick with one type of services if it suits the person.

Awful service. Went there for a haircut. The hairdresser started chopping my hair off without even asking me what type of haircut did I have in mind. I told me clearly thrice that I don't want to shorten my hair but he paid no attention to that and chopped all my hair off. The haircut was pathetic too.
