I got bridal services done for my wedding on 13th December 2018 from Bharti and her team. I got complete bridal services from draping, make up and hair for all the functions like Sangeet, Shaadi and other rituals that too not just for me but also for my close relatives. Their service are just awesome. I couldn't have look better than that. She just made my day. My make up was just flawless. Bharti and her team is very punctual, cooperating and professional. They have a typical chalta hai attitude, very non serious staff . Even after a confirmed pedicure appointment, they took other clients ( as pedicure chairs are limited) they offered me pedicure with a plastic tub, very unprofessional. Even after not having the color shade for my hair color, they took a lighter shade without my permission( which i came to know later) , when I asked for showers cap (as i was going to wash my hairs at home) , the hairstylist started explaining me that it will spill the color outside and i should wrap my hair with plastic instead, when i insisted i was told that the shower cap got over , thats why the whole illogical explanation. Unprofessional and waste of time

The service is fine but the hospitality this shop provides is way too bad What happened in my case was as they understood that I am from kerala and I am not comfortable in Hindi as I asked the price one of the owner directly said it's 500for both hair cut and beard shaping after which the person who said the price to me went directly to the owner and started pointing from the reception, at that moment I realised that I am being made a fool I sadi I just want my beard to be trimmed after which without asking they said to me that they can do both the haircut and beard trim for 350 which shows that they tried to utilised the situation.

I'm from Bombay and went for friend's wedding in Indore. Last minute decision to get some touchup. Glad, I didn't regret this decision. Staff was very courteous, kind and most important informative. Also the they stayed till 11.00pm to give our groom complete makeover. Whereas their official duty timing was only till 9.00pm. Very professional environment. Highly suggested. You can also sooth tik-tok videos inside., The staff will also support it😜

It has been 5 years I am taking my hairs and skin services from there and always have amazing experience. Staff is so good and special the owner were so down to earth. I wish the whole team great success and achievements in coming future 👍👍👍 …

Had such an amazing experience at the Salon.I am falling short of words to describe the amount of attention ,care and wonderful services that were provided by the experts.
