Mixed Experience at Urban Unisex Salon & Spa, Indore My experience at Urban Unisex Salon & Spa was average. There were a few good things, but there were also some disappointing aspects that made me give only 2 out of 5 stars. The staff was polite, but the quality of the massage did not feel consistent. It seemed like the overall experience depended on which staff member was assigned, so I wasn't confident that every customer would receive the same level of service. I also felt uncomfortable with the way one staff member handled things. While I can't comment on their intentions, the interaction didn't inspire much confidence and left me feeling unsure about the professionalism of the service. The salon has potential, but I believe it needs better quality control, more consistent service, and a stronger focus on customer satisfaction. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving the overall experience. Price assessment Reasonable price Services Online spa booking, Massage
