I had a very disappointing upper-lip and chin waxing experience. The procedure was unnecessarily painful, and the direction and technique of wax removal were poor. Despite repeatedly expressing my discomfort and requesting the staff to be more careful, my concerns were ignored. The service felt careless and unprofessional, with little attention given to customer comfort or feedback. The overall quality of the facial waxing service was poor, and the staff’s behaviour was unsatisfactory. It was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend their facial waxing services.
