I recently visited ART & TECHNIC SALON for a haircut, and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. My stylist, VIKRANT SEN , was amazing. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted and asked insightful questions about my hair goals . He also gave great suggestions based on my hair texture and face shape. I recently visited this salon for a facial appointment for my sister, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite confirming the appointment over the phone, we were made to wait for over an hour before one of the beauticians even began the facial. After this long wait, my sister was finally attended to, but the service did not improve. The beautician applied a product to my sister's face and left her unattended for 30 minutes as she was busy with another client. During this time, my sister began to feel a burning sensation on her skin, but no one checked in to see if she was comfortable or needed assistance. When my sister eventually called the beautician to ask for the product to be removed, she was told that the longer the cream stays on, the better the results. However, after reading the instructions on the product box, my sister discovered that it clearly stated the product should not be left on the face for more than 10-15 minutes. This lack of training and attentiveness from the staff is concerning, especially when it comes to the safety and comfort of clients. Overall, the service was disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality care and attention.
