The facilities provided by faculty is very good and the atmosphere which I observed is really friendly.Also online and offline lectures are very amazing and the language is very easy to understand.main think is my experience during this days was very smoothing and good.

Currently we are having every facility in our branch which includes practical gym floor ( practical lab ) for teaching our students about proper biomechanics of human body . We do have well managed Cardio floor which teach our students about science of cardiovascular system . Also we have CrossFit floor which brings new concept of group trainings and other activities which helps our students to learn something extra to make good business . We are having high tech classroom which allows us to teach online and offline simultaneously without compromising quality .

Such an pleasing environment sapphire has which keeps the mood vibrant and spirit robust, the faculties are very gentle and kind ! Hygiene is always well maintained! A very good place to learn the basics of a lot of things related to fitness. This place just does not focus on theory knowledge, it also focuses on your practical knowledge and helps you get better at the form or posture of an exercise. SFA also helps us gain more knowledge about our dietary habits and ways to keep a healthy lifestyle. Mindblown by the knowledge I have gained so far. The staff at SFA are very friendly, patient at answering your questions and hardworking as well.
