The class was conducted excellently; the explanations were transparent, and we had no doubts. The language used was very simple, the explanations were easy to follow, and there was no confusion—everything was explained in great detail.
It was a great learning with Kunal sir , his immense knowledge in fitness Training is commendable. His teaching skills and his experience as a fitness trainer helps lot in understanding manual. Kunal sir teaching skills never felt bore in classes , I personally admire the level of patience he has while clearing doubts, he is never frustrated.Also while conducting practical session Kunal sir guidance n motivational words helps me a lot in performing my exercises in a best way.Academy provides good environment for all those who are seeking their career in this field also course is updated timely .I highly recommend Sapphire Academy for personal trainer course
