Listen all reviews are fake the people writing revious are the one who jut come talk do basic exercises and go only 2-4 in total are teir who has good body please believe me this is only good for bigner There are very less machine there is no smith machine, preacher curI ,no t -bar and also no classic lat pull down and inclined machine chest press and also there is a pec dec of matrics it is good but there is only vertical handle not that horrizontal handel to train rear delt and space is also very conjusted and amount is very high 2000 to 2200 . I respect machine but listen carefully some trainers behavior is good and other worst for example there is a young trainer which is all dipped into ego only he behaves to be like a good peice but on reality he is worst when I came in this gym all were nice to me but then they came in there real forn mam has said that there will be trainer who will correct you form write the list of diet but nothing they had did yes at first they make my form a little correct but then stop he has said at starting (after one month) do not do preacher curl and do not eat protein powder or any supplement and then when I started working on myself doing the correct thing and do not following his advice I received haterate what can I say I also saw and heard laughing by the trainer about me with other members I got furious

Worst Experience at R K Fitness I had a terrible experience at R K Fitness. The gym may seem spacious, but it lacks enough machines for anyone serious about hardcore training. The trainers are unprofessional, more interested in their phones than actually helping members. Their attitude is dismissive, and they don’t take their job seriously. I used to go at 6 AM, and they didn’t even bother to turn on the lights, making the atmosphere dull and uninviting. Despite paying for three months, I had to leave midway due to their poor behavior and lack of proper gym facilities. The steam bath was out of order most of the time, adding to the disappointment. The only decent part of this place was the bathroom area, where the mirrors provided a good view for checking your physique. Overall, I do not recommend this gym. If you're serious about fitness and looking for a well-equipped place with professional trainers, this is not the gym for you.
