Going zumba classes at 130 fitness is boosting my stamina..since 3 years I m going there n reduced my worries n anxiety got relief from medicines by doing meditation taught by mahima di..I feel energetic throughout the day..only reason is my mentor,guide n trainer mahima di... looking her smiling face I forgot all my worries..I really admire and thankfully to mahima di giving this new life full of positive attitude...

A small appreciation for you which I usually say many times orally to you but now wants to thank you for your patience, wisdom, and encouragement. Your support and guidance has been a pivotal part of my fitness. Workout, and yoga helped me a lot to relieve migraine and cervical. I used to take homeopathy medicines for both but I totally stopped taking medicines. All credit goes to Mahima Di and fitness centre

I have experience a good vibe in this fitness club my daughters are learning dance from here and I am very satisfied with this class
